Dr. Wassim Saad

Dr. Wassim Saad
Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Saad grew up in Essex County and obtained his B.Sc. in Biology with Honours in Microbiology in 1997 from the University of Windsor. He then graduated medical school from the University of Ottawa in 2001. Dr. Saad continued his postgraduate medical training at the University of Toronto in Internal Medicine graduating in 2005. Dr. Saad has been in clinical practice in Windsor for almost 20 years and holds many professional appointments. Among them, he is currently the Chief of Staff at Windsor Regional Hospital. Dr. Saad’s clinical interests include Cardiovascular disease, Hematologic diseases, and Thrombosis being a member of Thrombosis Canada. Most recently, he is the founder and Medical Director of the Rapid Assessment and Management Program (RAAMP), a clinic set up with a goal to raise awareness for Cancer screening, early diagnosis, and post-cancer surveillance and follow-up.

Dr. Genevieve Saad

Dr. Geneviève Saad completed her medical degree at the University of Ottawa in 2001, followed by a Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto. She has been proud to care for patients in the Windsor community since 2005 and is passionate about helping people stay healthy through preventive care and regular cancer screening. Dr. Saad is excited to be part of the RAAMP team, where she provides cancer screening services to make care more accessible for everyone. She serves as the clinic’s lead provider for cervical cancer screening and offers care in both English and French.

Samantha Crevatin

Samantha Crevatin
Physician Assistant

Samantha Crevatin is a Physician Assistant in the RAAMP Clinic, born and raised in Windsor. Samantha completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor in Honours Biology, and then went on to McMaster University where she completed her Physician Assistant training, graduating in August 2015. Samantha returned to work here in Windsor because of her strong passion for serving the community she has spent most of her life in. Samantha has worked in the RAAMP Clinic since the inception of the clinic in 2016. She continues to utilize her knowledge and expertise to serve the patients in her community, focusing on cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis and post-cancer survival and surveillance

Jaime Mirea

Jaime Mirea
Nurse Practitioner

Jaime Mirea is a Nurse Practitioner committed to providing timely, thorough, and compassionate care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) and went on to earn her Master of Nursing along with her Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of Windsor. Her clinical background has shaped her dedication to early cancer detection, clear communication, and supporting patients through new or concerning health findings.

Within the Rapid Assessment and Management Program (RAAMP), Jaime works across all four branches of care : rapid referral, cancer screening, cancer survivorship, and step-down cancer care. Her role includes assessing abnormal laboratory or imaging results, guiding patients through appropriate screening, and supporting the early identification of potential hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Jaime is committed to ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and cared for. She works collaboratively within RAAMP’s multidisciplinary model to provide timely evaluations, clear guidance, and coordinated follow-up throughout each patient’s health journey.

Andres Novoa

Andres Novoa
Nurse Practitioner

Andres Novoa, Nurse Practitioner, is a Windsor-Essex County native who completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor in 2019. He began his nursing career in acute care, working across several Emergency Departments in Ontario and Michigan, where he developed strong clinical skills in managing complex and urgent presentations. Driven by a commitment to advancing patient care and clinical education, Andres returned to the University of Windsor and completed his Master of Nursing in 2021 with a focus on advanced clinical practice. He later pursued Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certification, graduating in 2025. Alongside his clinical work, Andres has taught in multiple nursing and health-science programs, supporting the development of future health-care providers. During his NP training, Andres completed placements across community mental health, primary care, trauma services, and emergency medicine, including the RAAMP Clinic. He is excited to rejoin the team, bringing a strong foundation in acute care, primary care, and education to support cancer screening, early detection, prevention, and comprehensive patient management.

Rachel Iannicello

Rachel Iannicello
Physician Assistant

Rachel Iannicello graduated as a Physician Assistant from McMaster University in 2014 and since graduation she has been working with Dr. Saad in his office clinic. Rachel was born and raised in Windsor and understands the needs of the community and sees the benefits RAAMP will provide. Rachel is happy to be an integral part of the care team supporting the patients and family members of her community.

Jessica Meloche

Jessica Meloche
Physician Assistant

Jessica Meloche is a native of Essex County who completed her BSc. in Biology and MSc. in Environmental Science at the University of Windsor before completing Physician Assistant Studies at McMaster University in 2015. Since then, she has served her hometown community as a dedicated Physician Assistant, working across internal medicine, general surgery, long-term care, and palliative care. Through her role in the RAAMP clinic, Jessica is committed to improving access to high-quality, patient-centred care for her community.

Katie Marion

Katie Marion
Physician Assistant

Katie graduated from the University of Windsor’s Nursing Program in 2018 and worked as a Registered Nurse for several years before pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant. She completed her Physician Assistant studies at the University of Toronto in 2024. She is drawn to Internal Medicine for its diverse patient population and wide spectrum of clinical conditions, as well as the meaningful impact it allows her to have within the community.

Dr. Ian Brown

Dr. Ian Brown
Internal Medicine Physician

Dr. Brown grew up in the greater Toronto area and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from York University. He graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2014. As part of his medical school training, he spent time training in Detroit, Michigan, upon which he returned to Toronto to complete his internal medicine residency at the University of Toronto. He completed residency in June 2018 and has since moved to Windsor to begin his independent practice. He has special interest in medical education, acting as one of the adjunct professors at the Schulich School of Medicine through the University of Western. Dr. Brown is also board certified in internal medicine in the United States.

Felicia Dang, born and raised in Windsor-Essex County, has been a Medical Secretary for 10 years. She is excited to be a part of the RAAMP team to help patients and create a comfortable experience for them. She is the friendly voice you hear and face you see when you come into the office.

Jessica Wood

Jessica Wood
Medical Receptionist

Jessica was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County she obtained her medical receptionist diploma from St. Clair collage in July 2022.Jessica joined Dr. Saad’s team in October 2022 as one of our full time receptionist. She brings her positive energy to our team everyday, and she is always ready to greet you with a smile.

Lindsay Raymond

Lindsay Raymond
Medical Office Admin

Lindsay is a graduate of Anderson College’s Medical Office Administration (MOA) program and brings valuable experience from a variety of healthcare settings, including a physiotherapy office, a walk-in clinic, and a pediatrician’s office. Through these experiences, she has developed strong administrative and patient care skills, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.

What drives Lindsay to work at the RAAMP Clinic is her passion for helping others. She is dedicated to providing excellent care and support, and she finds great fulfillment in being part of a team that makes a positive impact in the community.

Nicholas Caro

Nicholas Caro
Office Admin

Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Nicholas Caro is a Medical Secretary and a Biomedical Engineering master’s student at Wayne State University, where he also completed his undergraduate degree. With plans to attend medical school, Nicholas is passionate about supporting accessible healthcare in his hometown. Working with the RAAMP team allows him to help patients directly while learning from a model of care he hopes to carry into his future medical career.

Amber brings more than 10 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry to her role as the Office Manager. Specializing in optimizing clinical operations; she is proud to collaborate with a dedicated team focused on delivering accessible care to the community. Amber is equally committed to fostering a welcoming, positive, and inclusive environment for staff and patients.
